Randy Ditzler
Randy Ditzler is a Partner with Sequoia Capital Israel and focuses on systems and software investments. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2004, Randy served as the CEO of Actona Technologies (CSCO). Prior to joining Actona, Randy was the Founder & CEO of Telegis Networks. Earlier, Randy was the Founder & CEO of MarketOne Builders and before that the President & CEO of Freestone Investments. Randy has a BS in Industrial Technology from California State University in Fresno.

Frank J. Fanzilli Jr.
Mr Fanzilli has served as a Corporate Director and advisor to a number of companies in the technology field. Frank is the former Chairman of the Board of InterWoven, where he currently serves as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Strategy Committee; he is a board member at CommVault, which launched a successful IPO in 2006; and is also a board member and Lead Director at Calypso, a leader in derivatives processing software. Mr. Fanzilli has also served technology company boards in several other notable transactions, including as an independent director at PeopleSoft, up to and including the sale of that company to Oracle; and as an Independent Director at Avaya, which was acquired in a private equity engagement in 2007.
Mr. Fanzilli also spent nearly two decades on Wall Street, where he was Global Chief Information Officer and Managing Director Credit Suisse First Boston, where he retired in 2002. At CSFB, Frank was a member of the firm's Operating Committee and Information Executive Board, managed a global division in excess of $2 billion, and was based in New York, London, and Zurich. Mr. Fanzilli remains very active in the technology industry, and serves on the advisory boards of several venture capital firms, including Allegis Capital and FOCUS Ventures, both in Palo Alto. He is a Director-at-Large on the board of the Linux Foundation, a non-profit organization devoted to the use and dissemination of open source software. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Frank began his career in technology as a systems engineer with IBM.

Gil Mandelzis
Gil Mandelzis co-founded Traiana in April 2000 and continues as Chief Executive Officer following the acquisition of the company by ICAP for US $238 million in October 2007. Prior to Traiana, he worked in the M&A Group at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown (formerly BT Wolfensohn) in New York, where he advised companies in the financial and technology sectors. Gill's role at Traiana will be to consolidate the company's position as the market standard for post-trade processing for foreign exchange transactions, while expanding its offering in other OTC markets. Mr. Mandelzis holds a MBA from INSEAD.

Shawn Melamed
As founder and President, Shawn Melamed is responsible for the strategic vision, overall management and business leadership of Correlix. Shawn is charged with executing the company's aggressive vision. Executing this vision includes continual innovation of the company's products and services, ensuring customer success and providing stakeholder return on investment.
Shawn is the visionary behind Correlix’s flagship Latency Intelligence solution. With over 10 years of experience in working on enterprise distributed transaction performance problems by monitoring raw network traffic, Shawn combined it with extensive research in unrelated bioinformatics to create the unique message correlation technology underlying the Correlix Latency Intelligence solutions. Before founding Correlix in 2005, Shawn was partner and CTO of Strauss Strategy, where he managed enterprise technology solutions for international corporations in the Banking, Equity Trading, Insurance and Retail sectors as well as with leading independent software vendors (ISV's). Prior to Strauss Strategy, Shawn held senior technical positions at Navicula, PrimeNet, and IDF.
Shawn graduated Cum Laude with a BSc in Computer Science and Biology from Tel Aviv University, where he was part of an exclusive Bioinformatics program.

Jonathan Saacks
Jonathan Saacks is a Partner at Genesis Partners and sits on the boards of a number of Genesis Partners portfolio companies including Correlix and Prime Sense, and was a board member at Yedda until its recent acquisition by AOL.
Jonny focuses on software investments, and in addition, is responsible for fund operations.
Prior to joining Genesis Partners, Jonny worked at Gemini Israel Funds as a principal where he concentrated on software investments and fund operations management. Earlier in his career Jonny was the VP of Business Development and Director of UK-based Waterlogic and one of the first employees atBarak International Telecom Corp., where he was responsible for overseeing product management, marketing and international partnerships and helped the organization grow to 400 employees. Jonny also served for ten years in the Intelligence Corps of the Israeli Defense Forces commanding large operational teams.
Jonny holds an MBA from Oxford University and a BA in Economics and Management from Tel Aviv University.

Gil Shaked
Gil Shaked is the Chief Executive Officer of Correlix. Mr. Shaked brings more than 20 years of global technology and management experience supporting clients across the financial industry spectrum including Investment Banking, Asset Management, and Hedge Funds. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his ability to deliver complex global large-scale, cross-product, platforms and for creating advanced technology solutions that meet business objectives. In addition to leading Correlix through his expertise in technology, client service and management, Mr. Shaked oversees the firm’s strategic activities in areas such as joint-ventures, partnerships, and vendor relationships.
Mr. Shaked was with Credit Suisse for 10 years, serving as a Managing Director and the Global Head of Prime Services and Alternative Investments Technology. In this capacity he spearheaded the development of a premier hedge fund servicing platform including trading, risk management, prime brokerage, reporting systems and many other functions and services that enabled Prime Services to become a top player in the financial industry. Mr. Shaked built a global team with operations in New York, Chicago, London, Zurich, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Singapore serving thousands of clients worldwide. He also held leadership roles at Lehman Brothers, where he served as the global head of credit and market risk technology, and was with Bankers Trust and Citibank prior to Lehman Brothers.

Bruce Taragin
Bruce has 15 years experience as a venture capital investor, entrepreneur, technology investment banker and corporate attorney. Bruce's venture experience includes the following exits: eVoice - acquired by AOL [TWX], PureSight - acquired by Boston Communications Group [BCGI], Vista Research - acquired by McGraw Hill [MHP] and IP Infusion - acquired by ACCESS CO., LTD [TSE: 4813]. Prior to joining Blumberg Capital in 1998, Bruce held several senior management positions within technology companies including Charles River Computers. Bruce also structured and managed early-stage technology transactions at Hambrecht & Quist, Mayer Brown & Platt and Bankers Trust Company.
Bruce earned his BA in Finance and Communications, cum laude, from Yeshiva University, and his MBA and JD from Fordham University in New York.
Bruce serves as a member or observer on the Board of Directors of CaseStack, Insightix, LiteScape, and Correlix.
